At first, I found this book a little hard to get into but it was for the same reason that I found the first book of the last quartet a little hard to get into so I knew it would be worth persevering. Goodnight from London was a well research, well written historical fiction about WWII. The characters were realistic, likeable and well developed. As a reader, I became one with the characters as the author vividly describes the sleepless nights, the strength of character, the hunger, the rationing of food and gas, the fear and the loss of /5.   If you read this part of the description make sure to comment "IM NOT A PRINCESS IM A QUEEN " to let me know you've read the whole thing!:)!
